PPDS PROJECT

When someone tells you that he wants to build an expedition Jeep your mind directly goes to AEV (American Expedition Vehicles). So that was the plan. To build an expedition vehicle which will be capable of doing many on road miles while be very capable to off-road situations. The AEV JK DualSport suspension is the one that can handle all that. What about lockers? An axle swap was made from the Rubicon model with both front and rear DANA 44 axles with the stock e-lockers. Teraflex HD diff covers can handle all the abuse while offroading at nasty terrains. For a better look, angle approach and use of winch a set of anniversary bumpers where installed. A better night vision for sure would be needed both on and off road. The front Truck-lite LED lights with the rear JWL speaker LED is a perfect combination. A set of RIGID INDUSTRIES D-Series, LED Lights can handle the extra task when more light is needed. The JK 6 Switch sPOD system is ready to accept all future exta lights with easily. Finally, the state of art AEV JK Heat Reduction Hood can help the diesel engine at the hot summer situations while giving to the JK a more aggressive look.
